The Holidays are here and so comes the hustle and bustle and the grief (from the loss of loved ones) the uncertainty that comes with not knowing where you will get the money to buy presents for everyone.
Take a minute for yourself. Give your brain a free gift, that will help you to engage in self-care which is so important for you to be able to decide which hustle or bustle you will choose to engage in. Let the family join in too.

Go for a walk
Read a good book.
