Affirmation of the day: I have Strength

Affirmations are words or statements that we say to ourselves to either affirm what is already true or to start setting goals with the vision we have for ourselves. Say the affirmation to yourself. Write it down or put it in your phone and take some time to meditate on it.

Breathe in and breathe out and repeat.

Remember you have strength. You have been through troubles and hard times before and you have gotten through them. Most of all DO WHAT Works!!!
